Angel"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u5728\u6b50\u7f8e\u5df2\u7d93\u5b58\u5728\u4e00\u4e9b\u6027\u7fa9\u5de5\u7d44\u7e54\uff0c\u65e5\u672c\u4e5f\u6709\u985e\u4f3c\u7684\u767d\u624b\u5957\u7b49\u5718\u9ad4\uff0c\u5c08\u9580\u70ba\u91cd\u5ea6\u8eab\u969c\u8005\u63d0\u4f9b\u6027\u670d\u52d9\u3002\u5728\u6b50\u6d32\u4e00\u4e9b\u570b\u5bb6\u5247\u4ee5\u653f\u5e9c\u88dc\u52a9\uff0c\u914d\u5408\u5408\u6cd5\u6027\u5de5\u4f5c\u8005\uff0c\u7de9\u89e3\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u751f\u7406\u58d3\u529b\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u570b\u5bb6\u5df2\u7d93\u9032\u6b65\u5230\u80fd\u5920\u770b\u898b\u8eab\u969c\u8005\u7684\u6027\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u4f46\u53cd\u89c0\u53f0\u7063\uff0c\u5118\u7ba1\u300c\u4eba\u6b0a\u300d\u9019\u5169\u500b\u5b57\u88ab\u5927\u8072\u547c\u558a\uff0c\u4f46\u570b\u5bb6\u548c\u793e\u6703\u4f55\u6642\u624d\u80fd\u6b63\u8996\u8eab\u969c\u8005\u7684\u6027\u6b0a\u5462\uff1f<\/p>\n<p>\u5c0d\u65bc\u4e00\u822c\u53ef\u4ee5\u884c\u52d5\u81ea\u5982\u7684\u4eba\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u5f88\u96e3\u60f3\u50cf\u6027\u6b0a\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\uff0c\u4f46\u4f60\u53ef\u4ee5\u60f3\u50cf\u4e00\u4e0b\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u4e00\u500b\u4eba\u5931\u53bb\u4e86\u624b\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u7121\u6cd5\u63a7\u5236\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u624b\uff0c\u4ed6\u5982\u4f55\u9032\u884c\u81ea\u6170\uff1f\u5982\u679c\u4e00\u500b\u4eba\u5931\u53bb\u4e86\u8173\uff0c\u53bb\u5c0b\u627e\u80fd\u5920\u548c\u767c\u751f\u6027\u95dc\u4fc2\u7684\u4eba\u53c8\u662f\u591a\u9ebc\u56f0\u96e3\u5462\uff1f<\/p>\n<p>\u300a\u624b\u5929\u4f7f\u300b\u662f\u4e00\u7fa4\u4ee5\u5be6\u8e10\u6027\u6b0a\u70ba\u7406\u5ff5\u7684\u670b\u53cb\u7d44\u6210\u7684\u5718\u9ad4\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u57282013\u5e74\u521d\u7531\u4e00\u7fa4\u7537\u540c\u5fd7\u6210\u7acb\uff0c\u521d\u671f\u672c\u53ea\u60f3\u670d\u52d9\u91cd\u5ea6\u969c\u7919\u7537\u540c\u5fd7\uff0c\u4f46\u96a8\u8457\u624b\u5929\u4f7f\u770b\u5230\u4e86\u53f0\u7063\u91cd\u5ea6\u8eab\u969c\u8005\u7684\u617e\u671b\u88ab\u675f\u7e1b\u3001\u88ab\u50b3\u7d71\u50f9\u503c\u6240\u9650\u5236\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u7684\u670d\u52d9\u5c0d\u8c61\u4e5f\u5df2\u958b\u653e\u4efb\u4f55\u6027\u5225\u8eab\u4efd\u3002\u6211\u5011\u671f\u5f85\u80fd\u5920\u89e3\u958b\u8eab\u969c\u8005\u6027\u617e\u671b\u7684\u675f\u7e1b\uff0c\u8b93\u4ed6\u5011\u611f\u53d7\u5230\u77ed\u66ab\u7684\u6027\u81ea\u7531\uff5e\u800c\u76ee\u524d\u4e09\u5341\u4f4d\u7684\u624b\u5929\u4f7f\u7fa9\u5de5\u4e2d\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4e86LGBT\u3001\u7570\u6027\u6200\u3001\u6027\u5de5\u4f5c\u8005\u3001\u793e\u5de5\u3001\u9577\u7167\u5de5\u4f5c\u8005\u3001\u4e0a\u73ed\u65cf\u3001\u5927\u5b78\u6559\u5e2b\u3001\u5bb6\u9577\u53ca\u5b78\u751f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u81f3\u4eca\uff082023\u5e744\u6708\uff09\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5df2\u9032\u884c\u4e8650\u6b21\u7684\u670d\u52d9(\u8de8\u6027\u52251\u6b21\u3001\u96d9\u6027\u62004\u6b21\u3001\u540c\u6027\u62009\u6b21\u3001\u7570\u6027\u620036\u6b21)\uff0c\u5973\u6027\u53606%\u3001\u7537\u6027\u536094%<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u6bcf\u5e74\u7684\u300c\u570b\u969b\u969c\u7919\u8005\u65e5\u300d(International Day of Persons with Disabilities)\uff0c\u624b\u5929\u4f7f\u4e5f\u6703\u8209\u8fa6\u5404\u985e\u6d3b\u52d5\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\u8207\u969c\u7919\u8005\u540c\u6a02\u7684\u6c99\u9f8d\u7167\u651d\u5f71\u6d3b\u52d5\u300c\u611b\u7f8e\u7919\u7f8e\u300d\u3001\u7121\u969c\u7919\u72c2\u6b61\u591c\u5e97\u751f\u6d3b\u300c\u611b\u7919\u8db4\u300d\u3001\u8b93\u969c\u7919\u8005\u89aa\u8eab\u64ab\u6478\u4eba\u9ad4\u6a21\u7279\u5152\u7684\u300c\u6478\u6478\u6027\u300d\u3001\u4ee5\u53ca\u547c\u7c72\u653f\u5e9c\u770b\u898b\u969c\u7919\u8005\u6027\u6b0a\u7684\u300c\u969c\u7919\u8005\u9700\u8981\u6027\u300d\u5927\u904a\u884c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u624b\u5929\u4f7f\u4e0d\u50c5\u662f\u63d0\u4f9b\u6027\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e00\u76f4\u91dd\u5c0d\u969c\u7919\u8005\u7684\u6027\u5225\u6559\u80b2\u3001\u9577\u7167\u4e2d\u7684\u6027\u7167\u9867\u3001\u7121\u969c\u7919\u74b0\u5883\u7b49\u8b70\u984c\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u8072\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u6bcf\u5e74\u8209\u884c\u7684\u7814\u8a0e\u6703\u3001\u5ba3\u50b3\u3001\u6f14\u8b1b\u3001\u6559\u80b2\u3001\u5021\u8b70\u548c\u53c3\u8207\u5176\u4ed6NGO\u884c\u52d5,\u4e0d\u65b7\u547c\u9192\u53f0\u7063\u793e\u6703\u5c0d\u8eab\u5fc3\u969c\u7919\u6027\u6b0a\u7684\u95dc\u6ce8\u548c\u652f\u6301\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u56e0\u70ba\u6211\u5011\u76f8\u4fe1\u300c\u6027\u5c31\u662f\u4eba\u6b0a\u300d\u66f4\u662f\u76f8\u4fe1\u300c\u6027\u662f\u53ef\u4ee5EMPOWER\u969c\u7919\u8005\u300d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7533\u8acb\u624b\u5929\u4f7f\u670d\u52d9\u898f\u5247\uff1a<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>\u670d\u52d9\u5c0d\u8c61\uff1a<\/strong>\u9818\u6709\u4e2d\u83ef\u6c11\u570b\u8eab\u5fc3\u969c\u8b49\u660e\u7684\u91cd\u5ea6\u969c\u7919\u8005\uff08\u9650\u80a2\u9ad4\u969c\u7919\u8005\u548c\u8996\u969c\u8005\uff09<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>\u8cbb \u7528\uff1a<\/strong>\u5168\u90e8\u516c\u76ca\u6027\u8cea\uff0c\u5b8c\u5168\u514d\u8cbb<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>\u7533\u8acb\u6b21\u6578\uff1a<\/strong>\u7e3d\u5171\u4e09\u6b21\uff08\u6bcf\u6b21\u9593\u9694\u6642\u9593\u96a8\u53d7\u670d\u52d9\u8005\u6c7a\u5b9a\uff09<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>\u670d\u52d9\u65b9\u5f0f\uff1a<\/strong>\u6027\u7fa9\u5de5\u7528\u624b\u5e6b\u52a9\u53d7\u670d\u52d9\u8005\u81ea\u6170<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>\u7b49\u5019\u6642\u9593\uff1a<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n\u7121\u8ad6\u60a8\u7684\u6027\u50be\u5411\u5982\u4f55\uff0c\u90fd\u53ef\u4ee5\u81ea\u884c\u6c7a\u5b9a\u7533\u8acb\u7537\u5973\u6027\u7fa9\u5de5\u70ba\u60a8\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u7684\u7b49\u5019\u72c0\u6cc1\u5982\u4e0b\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf \u5982\u679c\u60a8\u7533\u8acb\u5973\u6027\u6027\u7fa9\u5de5\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u81f3\u5c11\u9700\u7b49\u5019\u81f3\u5c11\u5169\u5e74\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u76ee\u524d\u7533\u8acb\u8005\u4eba\u6578\u773e\u591a\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>\u25cf \u5982\u679c\u60a8\u7533\u8acb\u7537\u6027\u6027\u7fa9\u5de5\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u6216\u60a8\u662f\u5973\u6027\u969c\u7919\u8005\u7533\u8acb\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u53ef\u4ee5\u5920\u8f03\u5feb\u5730\u958b\u59cb\u9762\u8ac7\u6d41\u7a0b\u3002<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u6709\u610f\u7533\u8acb\u4e26<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\u9818\u6709\u91cd\u5ea6\u8eab\u969c\u8b49\u660e\u7684\u80a2\u9ad4\u969c\u7919\u8005\u548c\u8996\u969c\u8005<\/span>\uff0c\u8acb\u9ede\u9078\u9019\u4efd<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/1Bo2WVLN6iPMxoUBlyOHhAREk5hCC0mXnJdys1p6STck\/viewform\"><strong>\u53d7\u670d\u52d9\u8005\u7533\u8acb\u8868<\/strong><\/a>\uff0c\u4e26\u7b49\u5f85\u7fa9\u5de5\u548c\u60a8\u806f\u7d61\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u60f3\u53c3\u52a0\u624b\u5929\u4f7f\u7684\u7fa9\u5de5\u884c\u5217\uff0c\u8acb\u586b\u5beb\u52a0\u5165\u7fa9\u5de5\u7684\u8868\u55ae\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u6211\u5011\u9700\u8981\u7dad\u6301\u6709\u6548\u8a0e\u8ad6\u7684\u4eba\u6578\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u6703\u4f9d\u64da\u9019\u500b\u524d\u63d0\u9080\u8acb\u60a8\u52a0\u5165\u3002<br \/>\n\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u7121\u6cd5\u9806\u5229\u52a0\u5165\u624b\u5929\u4f7f\uff0c\u4f46\u5c0d\u969c\u7919\u8005\u6027\u6b0a\u6709\u71b1\u5ff1\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5efa\u8b70\u60a8\u7528\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u884c\u52d5\uff0c\u6291\u6216\u662f\u8207\u5176\u4ed6\u670b\u53cb\u7d44\u6210\u7d44\u7e54\u3002\u969c\u7919\u8005\u6027\u6b0a\u7d44\u7e54\u4e0d\u50c5\u65bc\u6211\u5011\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u61c9\u53ea\u6709\u6211\u5011\u4e00\u500b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u6b64\uff0c\u624b\u5929\u4f7f\u5718\u968a\u4ecd\u547c\u7c72\u653f\u5e9c\u3001\u793e\u798f\u55ae\u4f4d\u3001\u5bb6\u5ead\u7167\u8b77\u8005\u91cd\u8996\u969c\u7919\u8005\u5728\u89aa\u5bc6\u8207\u6027\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u9700\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n<p>About Hand Angel<\/p>\n<p>In Europe and North America, some sex volunteer groups can already be found, while in Japen, a similar organization \u201cWhite Hands\u201d provides sexual services exclusively for disabled people. In some countries in Europe, where sex work is legalized, governments offer subsidies to disabled people to help relieve their physical stress. As these progressive societies are able to see the sexual needs of people with disabilities, in Taiwan, although \u201chuman right\u201d is a slogan that is often shouted out loud, when can the sexual rights of disabled people really be taken seriously by the society and the government?<\/p>\n<p>For an able person who can move freely, it is difficult to imagine the importance of sexual rights. Yet, let us imagine, if a person loses or unable to control his\/her\/their arms, how should he\/she\/they masturbate? If one has no legs, how difficult is it for him\/her\/them to look for someone who is willing to have sex with?<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHand Angel\u201d is an organization devoted to promoting sexual rights. Founded in early 2013 by a group of gay men, we initially only intended to provide services for gay men with severe disabilities. However, as we witness how sexual needs and desires of individuals with severe disabilities in Taiwan are confined and restricted by traditional values, we now offer our services to people of all gender identities. We hope to disentangle the shackles around disabled people\u2019s sexual desires and enable them to enjoy a temporary sense of sexual freedom. Among the 30 volunteers at Hand Angel, there are LGBT, heterosexuals, sex workers, social workers, long-term care professionals, office workers, university professors, parents and students.<\/p>\n<p>As of April 2023, we\u2019ve provided 50 times of services (1 time for a transgender service receiver, 4 times for bisexual service receivers , 9 times for homosexual service receivers and 36 times for heterosexual service receivers), among which 6% are female and 94% are male.<\/p>\n<p>Every year, on the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, Hand Angel organizes different events, such as a photo-shooting session for disabled people, \u201cParty for Disabilities, \u201ca party held in a night club that was entirely barrier-free for disabled people, a gathering event during which disabled people had the opportunity to touch models\u2019 body, and a march that called upon the government to take seriously the sexual rights of disabled people.<\/p>\n<p>Hand Angel not only provides sexual services but also continues to speak out about issues regarding gender\/sex education, sexual care in long-term care, and barrier-free environment. Through annual conferences, promotional activities, talks and public education sessions, advocacy work and participation in other NGO\u2019s actions and events, we aim to wake Taiwanese society\u2019s awareness of and support for the sexual rights of disabled people.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Because we believe that sex is a human right, and sex can empower disabled people<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>How to apply for our service:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Who can apply: any individual with severe disabilities who possess a government-issued disability certification (only individuals with physical disabilities or visual impairment are eligible)<\/li>\n<li>Fee: our service is completely pro bono, free of charges<\/li>\n<li>Number of service sessions provided: 3 sessions for each applicant (the interval between each service session is determined by the applicant)<\/li>\n<li>Method of service: our sex volunteer would assist the applicant in masturbation with their hands<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Waiting period: regardless of sexual orientation, applicants can decide freely whether they would like to receive services from a male or female volunteer.
